I frequently stay at Crown Guesthouse in Bethlehem for business, and the experience has consistently been exceptional. The service is outstanding — professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. After a long day of travelling, the added luxury of having dinner served in my room is a real highlight and makes a significant difference.
The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and immaculately clean, truly reflecting a five-star standard. Every detail is well thought out, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. The food deserves special mention: each dish is beautifully presented and tastes as though it comes straight from a Michelin-star restaurant.
I can confidently recommend Crown Guesthouse to anyone looking for quality accommodation, excellent service, and superb food.

Top-Tier Conference Facilities for a Seamless Event
We recently hosted a afternoon church function at The Crowns Guesthouse at the The Chambers and Jester facility, and were thoroughly impressed with the facilities and service.
The venue’s professionalism began from our initial inquiry with Anita Henning (owner and manager), who was incredibly responsive and helped us secure the ideal hall layout for our group of 40+.
On the day of the event, everything ran like clockwork. The conference room itself was bright, well-ventilated, and, crucially, had incredibly fast and reliable Wi-Fi—a major pain point at other venues we’ve used. The audiovisual equipment (projector, screen, and microphones) was modern and easy to use, ensuring zero technical glitches during the service.
Logistically, the ample on-site parking and easy access from the N5, made arrival and departure stress-free for all attendees. Close to the Dihlabeng mall.
Overall, The Crowns Guesthouse, is an outstanding choice for professional events. Their attention to detail and commitment to a smooth experience is top-notch. We will certainly be back for future events.

I had a great stay at Crown Guesthouse in Bethlehem after experiencing car trouble. The owner was extremely accommodating and friendly, which made a stressful situation much easier. The rooms were neat, clean, and spacious, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. All the staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. I would highly recommend Crown Guesthouse to anyone visiting the area.
